Q1) HOW MANY ATTEMPTS DO WE MAKE?
We will make up to six (6) diligent attempts at various times of the day and night to complete your process service. At the end of the six (6) diligent attempt we will provide you with the options that you have in order to proceed.
Q2) WHAT IF THE PAPERS DO NOT GET SERVED? WHAT HAPPENS? The only way your documents won't get served is if the unit is vacant and void of furniture. If anyone is present at the address we are certain to get your documents or court filings served.
WE SPECIALIZE IN HARD TO SERVE PROCESS SERVICE CASES!
Q3) WILL I STILL BE CHARGED IF THE PAPERS ARE NOT SERVED?
The fees submitted for process service pay for the gasoline, assignment preparation costs and print fees for your documents and are non refundable once submitted.
Q4) DISCOUNTS FOR MORE THAN ONE PERSON AT AN ADDRESS?
The company does not give discounts for service of documents and or filings of more than one person at the same address. We charge as a pay-per-proof (or "PPP") fee schedule. Full price is paid for all assignment / defendants.
Q5) DO WE SERVE AT P.O. BOXES?
That's not a simple answer. We can serve "Commercial Mail Receiving Agents" such as mail box rental stations ie: Mailboxes, Etc. stores, UPS Stores, Postal Annex. All United States Postal Service post office boxes are out of the process server’s jurisdiction.
However, if your documents need to served upon a person / defendant that is using a United States Postal Service post office box to receive correspondence, or is using a postal box in an attempt to dodge process service, we can still serve your court filings through other means.
